This is a structured six-night retreat with a five-day ceremonial program, carefully curated to guide you through preparation, ceremony, and integration with experienced facilitators at every step.
The ceremonies are the heart of the experience — the place where the real work happens. Around them, grounding practices such as yoga, sound healing, and traditional bodywork help you arrive in your body and process what emerges. Every detail serves the medicine work.
Around the ceremonial heart of the retreat, the days are filled with practices that hold the body — sound therapy, sacred ceremony, yoga, breath, traditional Thai bodywork, and slow garden food. Each one offered in the way the lineages have always offered it.
Inside the retreat →Bowls, gong, voice.
Held, never performed.
One-to-one, daily.
Morning flow, sunset sit.
Somatic, careful, held.
Herbal steam, hands, oil.

The retreat is held at a private sanctuary chosen for its stillness and natural beauty — centered around a traditional Maloca, with private villas tucked away among lush tropical gardens and swaying coconut groves. Here, nature invites you to slow down, reconnect, and return to what matters most.
The setting itself becomes part of the healing journey. Morning birdsong, gentle ocean breezes, nourishing meals, and the rhythm of the island create a space where transformation can unfold naturally. While the surroundings support the experience, they are simply the container for the deeper work that takes place within.
This is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and enter a space of reflection, connection, and renewal — held with intention, care, and respect for the traditions that guide this work.
"The medicine does not change you. It shows you what was already there, waiting to be met."
— A guest, after three months of integration
We listen first — and only offer a place once we know it is the right path for you.
